2. Sealed against the elements.
Our protective foil is 4.5-8 mm thick – the most common vacuum bag thickness is a 3 mm thick. With the proper seal, vacuum packaging protects our products from dust, moisture, insects, and a variety of other external elements that may harm or damage products.
3. Locks in flavors.
At SOS food Lab we bake our products to taste delicious. Our vacuum seal protects the flavors, the texture, and the moisture content.
4. Efficient storage.
Since our bars are rectangular, the vacuum seal creates a flat surface so it’s easy to stack products, on a shelf, in your go-bag, or even in your car.

SOS Food Lab supplies the Coast Guard, the Navy and other military branches with emergency food bars. Our vacuum packaging is designed for almost anything, being dropped from helicopters, stashed in life rafts, and other military operations.
